Water For Life Charity Beacon Award
Welcome to the Water for Life Scholarship program!
Just as the work of all those helping the Water For Life Charity effort is inspiring , the purpose of this award is to recognize and celebrate the great and thoughtful efforts of high school students. By highlighting the passions of our youth, we hope that their work will shine out and inspire others to do the same.
This award can be earned by any U.S. citizen entering sophomore, junior, or senior year of high school in the fall of 2019. This award can be applied to the college or charity of their choice.
Due to the current pandemic, this scholarship has been postponed.
Terms: Upon award, recipient shall provide tax I.D. number of charity of choice or proof of enrollment at accredited U.S. college institution. If not yet enrolled the award monies will be held until time of enrollment.
Fall 2019 inaugural winner of the Beacon Award:
Congratulations Perry Harig from Culver Academies, IN! He donated the $600 award to his charity of choice, Catholic Charities in Des Plaines, IL.
