Water For Life Charity received our 501(c)(3) tax exempt approval from the IRS on December 1st 2017. Our team filed a 990N e-card for 2021 on March 1st, 2022 …see links below.
Note: The IRS requires organizations with less than $50,000 in income to only file an electronic 990N e-card…there is no actual form filled out that is saved (please see note just below from Guidestar for further explanation)
GuideStar does state that your organization is registered with the IRS. However, the 990-N is unlike the submission of other 990 documents to the IRS. The nonprofit is supplying their data online and no form is used.
In addition, the Internal Revenue Service does not render the 990-Ns in any sort of “official” document PDF form that GuideStar would be able to post. In the future, GuideStar may be able to post the data or create our own PDF, but we have no plans to at this time.
It appears that you have received permissions to update the GuideStar Exchange and the updates were received and approved on March 10th, 2022. Please let us know if we may be of any further assistance to you.
